When Eurovision 2021 went digital, we had to recreate Rotterdam as an interactive 3D experience on the web—balancing high-quality visuals with strict performance and accessibility requirements. This talk will break down how we tackled these challenges, from optimizing large 3D models to ensuring smooth performance across devices.
